Closed-type milk pasteurization (Plate exchanger) of the Austrian company Fischer.
The pasteurization is in very good condition and was replaced by a new one with a higher capacity in December 2020! Its capacity is 3,000 - 5,000lt / hour. It has the Fischer water and milk pumps, complete stainless steel electrical control panel with recorder and flow meter.
