Batch Pasteurizator-Fermentation kettle open type for Milk-Yoghurt.The batch pasteurizator-fermentation kettle, open or close type, for the pasteurization of milk and fermentation-maturation of traditional yoghurt, strained yoghurt, yoghurt from powder milk and deputies, Ayran and viscous liquid foods it is special designed for proper processing of yogurt and viscous liquid foods in both for pasteurization and maturity. Works with hot-cold water or steam if it is equipped with jacket heat transfer system. Maximum operation pressure of jacket is 8bar as the process that want to do. The closed circuit jacket on the bottom and on the body is tested at a pressure of 18bar. Has independent stainless steel legs and timing for leveling and height variation of the boiler (pasteurizator). Has also sufficient insulation protection in order to have fast retrieval of temperature and specific type of viscous drive agitation system. If it is not connected in a PLC system bears a switchboard with electronic thermometer with accurate indication of product temperature, temperature set point to control the temperature by starting-stopping the circulation of water, control of the electric agitator with inverter for adjusting speed. All parts of the kettle that are in contact with milk or other product, and the outer part is entirely stainless steel AISI 304. The construction complies with all requirements imposed on the dairy and food industries.
